Urine routine examination

  • sugar, may have diabetes, it is recommended to further check the glycosylated hemoglobin and blood sugar tolerance test.

  • Ketones, which may be caused by acidosis or lack of water, recommend a urine test after four weeks.

  • Protein, it is recommended to collect urine for 24 hours to check the total amount of protein.
        i) Temporary proteinuria (vigorous exercise, cold, acute illness)
         ii) Postural proteinuria
         iii) Persistent proteinuria (kidney inflammation, hypertension, diabetes, pregnancy toxemia)

  • Urobilirubinogen, may have hepatitis, liver cirrhosis, hemolytic anemia or drug effects, it is recommended to see a doctor as soon as possible for further examination.

  • White blood cells, urinary tract infection may occur, it is recommended to further check the bacterial culture in the urine.

  • Red blood cells, may have urethritis, cystitis, kidney stones or urinary system tumors, further examination of cystoscopy and computer scan is recommended.

  • Bacteria, urinary tract infection may occur, it is recommended to further check the urine bacterial culture.

  • Crystals, possibly with urinary calculi, and further examination with cystoscopy and computerized scanning is recommended.

 
 

Such as frequent urination, urgency, pain when urinating, foul-smelling urine, difficulty urinating, abdominal pain, back pain, chills, fever, or vomiting.

It is recommended to make an appointment with a doctor as soon as possible for further examination.
